Section 2
NovaRock Advisory provides investment advisory and financial planning services on a fee-based, advisory model. All investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client after independent evaluation.
Investments in mutual funds, equities, and other securities are subject to market risk. There is no assurance or guarantee that any investment objective will be achieved, and the value of investments can go down as well as up.
Jasvinder Singh, founder of NovaRock Advisory, holds AMFI Registration ARN-344268 (valid until September 2028) and operates under SEBI's applicable regulatory framework for investment advisory and mutual fund distribution. This registration authorizes advisory and distribution activity — it does not constitute a guarantee of investment performance.
Section 3
NovaRock Advisory may receive distribution commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for mutual fund schemes distributed through us, in addition to any advisory fees charged directly to clients, where applicable and disclosed. This is standard industry practice and does not influence the fund recommendations made, which are based on suitability to the client's stated goals and risk profile.
Section 4
NovaRock Financial provides corporate finance and capital structuring advisory services to growth-stage businesses. This includes guidance on capital structuring, fundraising strategy, and connecting clients with third-party lenders, investors, or capital providers where appropriate.
NovaRock Financial does not itself extend loans, underwrite securities, or guarantee funding outcomes. Any financing, investment, or credit facility referenced or facilitated is subject to the independent underwriting criteria, terms, and approval of the relevant third-party institution. NovaRock Financial's role is advisory, not that of a lender or principal.
Clients are advised to independently review all terms offered by any third-party lender, investor, or capital provider before entering into an agreement. NovaRock Financial accepts no liability for the terms, conduct, or performance of third parties introduced through this advisory relationship.
Note: NovaRock Financial is currently in development and not yet operational. This section will govern its services once launched.

NovaRock Technology builds financial software and analytics tools, including calculators and research tools made available on this website. These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Tools and calculators are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Output from any calculator or tool should not be treated as a substitute for personalized advice from a qualified advisor.

Jasvinder Singh additionally holds IRS PTIN P03472019, authorizing preparation of US federal and state tax returns.
These registrations can be independently verified through the official AMFI and IRS registries. NovaRock Technology and NovaRock Financial are in development and will operate under applicable regulatory frameworks once launched.
